I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 14 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 14 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To proceed with the return process, please send the return request email to us via our support email at support@unixgifts.com. If your return request is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label, which you can download and print to use, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer by yourself.

You will not be charged any fees for returning the item. To return your product, please contact us to receive specific instructions on the process via our support email: support@unixgifts.com
REFUND & REPLACEMENT
For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: a complete refund for your order or re-send the replacement items if requested within 30 days from the invoice date
1.The merchandise you receive is faulty - damaged - fractured - unable to function correctly
2.Missing - lost items from your order
3.The item received is incorrect (size, color, or custom)
4.The product not as described by our descriptions
Apart from the reasons mentioned earlier, here are additional factors that may prevent you from receiving a full refund within 30 days or a replacement order:
1.Request a refund after a 30-day full refund warranty
2.You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
3.You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item received
4.You have selected incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.
5.The product has incurred damage as a result of improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.
HOW TO REQUEST RETURN, REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?
Step1. Send the return, refund or replacement request email to us via our support email at support@unixgifts.com
Step2. Please provide a detailed description of the issue you encountered, accompanied by a photograph of the item you received and a photo of the shipping label.
Step3. Obtain our support once your ticket has been received by the Customer Service department.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
