SHIPPING
Q : How do I check the status of my order?
A : After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible. The tracking number will notify you when it is available.
Q: A How long does delivery take?
A : Please allow 5 - 9 business days (average) for US domestic address, 7-14 business days for International address. (Total Production + Shipping time)
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@unixgifts.com.
Shipping time may take longer in high season (Holidays, Christmas, New Year…)
Q : How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
A : Please contact us at support@unixgifts.com within 4 hours since place order and we will change to correct the address as soon as possible.
Q: When will my item’s Tracking Number be available?
A : Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 1-4 business days, and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the efficiency of our shipping partners.
Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, even before the tracking information is ready.

Q : Item not as described, what can I do?
A : Please contact us freely at support@unixgifts.com and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Q : Will the product not smudge when cleaning?
A : Yes, you can clean. Products printed with high quality will not be smudged when cleaning.
RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT
1.How long does it take for me to receive my refund credit to my original payment method?
It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the credit refund to your original payment method after it has been received and after an inspection period of up to 3 days from the date of receipt by UNIXGIFTS
2.What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?
If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.
3.How do I prepare my shipment for return?
Please send the return request email to us via email at support@unixgifts.com. If your return request is accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label, which you can download and print to use, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
4.Can I exchange my item(s)?
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like damaged, sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first via email support@unixgifts.com and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
